In many cases, people pass away in private residence or in Nursing Homes. In these situations it is important that your loved one is brought into our care and into the properly temperature regulated facility that we offer. Phone our 24/7 Out of Hours line on 0207 405 4901 for assistance and we will be able to send a team out to your home address or Nursing Home. We will aim to arrive at your address within 3 hours of receiving the first call, although this can sometimes be delayed slightly if the call is received during the working day and whilst staff are helping on funerals.
